1. Overview
SafeZone offers a straightforward refund policy for Pro subscriptions. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
All payments for SafeZone Pro are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- This is your first subscription to SafeZone Pro (first billing cycle only).
- You have not previously received a refund for SafeZone Pro.
⚠️ Renewal charges: Refunds are not provided for subscription renewal charges after the first billing cycle. If you wish to avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is quick and easy:
Send an email to support@safeplacechecker.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include your registered email address and the date of purchase. If you have your Paddle order number, include that too.
We will review your request and respond within 1 business day.
Once approved, the refund will be issued by Paddle and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your SafeZone Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel, log in to your account and visit the Billing section, or contact us at support@safeplacechecker.com and we'll cancel it for you immediately.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- Subscription renewal charges (second billing cycle onwards).
- Accounts that have previously received a refund for SafeZone Pro.
- Purchases of annual plans that have been active for more than 7 days.
If you believe you have a special circumstance not covered here, please reach out — we review every case individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.
6. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the subscription year.
